HALL, Chief Justice.

This is a suit by appellant against ap-pellee upon a verified account for goods sold in May and June, 1935; the amount in controversy being $118.80. By a special act of the Legislature, the county court had jurisdiction of the amount. The ap-pellee answered by general demurrer, special exceptions, denied the account under oath; that is, that all payments and credits had not been allowed.
