Plaintiffs Elizabeth Weaver, Roy Varner, and Members for the Manual, Inc. commenced the instant action against the present and former officers of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston. In their complaint, the plaintiffs allege that the defendants engaged in ultra vires conduct by making cer*523tain expenditures on media ventures. The plaintiffs seek declaratory and injunctive relief as well as an accounting of those expenditures.
