This case involves the right to the occupancy of a certain building under the terms of a renewal lease thereon, executed by the owners of the building to appellees on April 1,1925. On and prior to the 18th day of September, 1924, appellees were occupying the building in question, which is located on the east side of Main street in the city of Columbia, Miss., under a written lease executed by the owner of the building in favor of appellees, dated March 29,1923, which lease contract provided for a month to month tenancy for an indefinite period of time, terminable at the will of either party…
