FISHER, Circuit Judge.
Hunts Point Cooperative Market, Inc. (“Hunts Point”) appeals from the District Court’s order in which it found Hunts Point liable to Madison Financial LLC (“Madison”) for the amount of $1,010,435.00. Madison originally sued Hunts Point claiming breach of contract following Hunts Point’s failure to pay money owed on five notices of purchases (an “NOP” or the “NOPs”), as well as collection of accounts under Uniform Commercial Code (“U.C.C.”) Article 9.
