E. Jeffrey Donner and Judee Donner appeal the district court’s dismissal of their intentional misrepresentation claim against Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus Golf Club, LLC (collectively “Nicklaus”). Exercising jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm.
