Plaintiff Sandy Jackson (Jackson) appeals from a judgment in her favor against Defendant Hazelrigg Automotive Service Center, Inc. (Hazelrigg) for breach of warranty. After finding that Hazelrigg had breached its warranty, the trial court awarded Jackson $1,892.58 in damages that she incurred within one year of the warranty. The court denied Jackson’s request for damages occurring after the one-year warranty period, as well as punitive damages and attorney’s fees that Jackson requested based on her allegation that Ha-zelrigg’s conduct violated the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (MMPA).…
