The appellant pleaded guilty to arson and was convicted. He contends the court erred in refusing to set aside his guilty plea and grant a new trial because he did not receive the concessions he was promised in exchange for his plea. We find no error and thus affirm.

The appellant was first tried and convicted by a jury. He filed a notice of appeal.
