This matter is before the court on the settlement of the account of the Bankers’ Trust Company, as substituted trustee for Harry Dillon Ripley under the will of the late Mr. Sidney Dillon. No objections have been filed to the account and the question here concerns the disposition to be made of the trust property now in the possession of the accountant. Answers have been filed by Alice Louise Ripley, the widow of Mr. Harry Dillon Ripley, individually and as executrix of Harry Dillon Ripley’s will, and by Emerson Foote, Jr., as executor and trustee under the will of Harry Dillon…
