While title to land is collaterally involved in the case sub' judice, since the action is for rents (mesne profits), under the numerous decisions of the Supreme Court, this court and not the Supreme Court has jurisdiction of the writ of error. See Brydie v. Pritchard, 213 Ga. 588 (100 S. E. 2d 435), and citations.
