This is the second appeal in this case. The opinion of this court on the former appeal is reported in 183 S.W.2d 205, and that of the Supreme Court in 143 Tex. 335, 184 S.W.2d 830. The suit was brought by W. D. McCall individually and as next friend of his minor son, Earl Neal McCall, to recover damages for personal injuries to his son alleged to have been proximately caused by the negligence of the Alpine Telephone Corporation.
