Affirming.

In this action of ejectment brought by the appellee, J. R. Hill, in the court below against the appellant, W. P. Crutcher, the trial resulted in a verdict declaring the former the owner of the parcel of land sued for, described in the petition as being’ from 30 to 50 feet in width and about 150 poles in length. From the judgment entered upon that verdict Crutcher has appealed.
