This is an action to enforce an attorney’s lien alleged to be dne -plaintiffs under a written contract entered into by them with one John F. Heinrichs in which the latter employed the former to bring’ a suit to establish a certain writing as the last will and testament of the deceased wife of said John F. Heinrichs.
