*530Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Jill Konviser, J.), rendered March 5, 2010, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him to a term of five years, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of vacating the conviction, adjudicating defendant a youthful offender and reducing the sentence to a term of D/s to 4 years, and otherwise affirmed.
