ORDER ON PETITION TO AMEND ORDER
HEMPHILL, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the Petition to Amend Order of Robert Graves *281and Graves Construction Company, Plaintiffs in the above referenced action. Plaintiffs seek to have the Order of this United States District Judge, dated February 18, 1980, amended so as to include the statement prescribed by 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b)1 so that Petitioner may file its Petition in the United States Court of Appeals. For the reasons discussed below, this court denies Plaintiffs’ Petition to Amend Order.
