D.M. (mother) and R.M. (father) appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Howard County, Juvenile Division, terminating their parental rights to K.C.M.,1 pursuant to § 211.447.2

The mother raises two points on appeal. In Point I, she claims that the juvenile court erred in terminating her parental rights to K.C.M. pursuant to: (1) § 211.447.2(1), for being in foster care at least fifteen of the most recent twenty-two months; (2) § 211.447.4(2), for abuse and neglect; and (3) § 211.447.4(3), for failure to rectify after being under the jurisdiction of the juvenile…
