HALE, District Judge.
This is a bill in equity in the nature of a bill of review. The original case was heard on bill and answer. On March *52731, 1888, a decree was entered dismissing the bill. The complainant now seeks to have that decree vacated, upon the ground that the court was without jurisdiction to make the decree,, for the reason that the case was, in fact, never set down for hearing on bill and answer. The present bill sets out all the material proceedings upon the original bill down to July 21, 1885, with copies of the pleadings and docket entries attached and made a part of the bill.…
