This is an action by plaintiff for a judgment annulling his marriage to the defendant upon the ground of fraud.
Pursuant to an order of this court, Joseph Leahey, Esq., was duly appointed as special guardian ad litem to represent the defendant, an alleged incompetent and an inmate of Creedmoor State Hospital, Queens Village, New York. Anthony P. Busin, Esq., Assistant Attorney-General of the State of New York, appears on behalf of the Director of Creedmoor State Hospital.
