The question presented by this appeal is whether the facts pleaded in the bill present' a question for equitable cognizance by a federal court.
‘ Appellant’s contention is that the trial court had federal court jurisdiction by reason of diversity of citizenship of the parties, and on the ground of appellee’s violation of appellant’s right to the constitutional *561guaranty of due process and of equal protection of the law. Its further contention is that the allegations of the amended bill are sufficient to avoid a dismissal for lack of equity.
