In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Sacks, J.), entered August 9, 1985, which is in favor of the defendants and against him, upon a jury verdict.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law and in the exercise of discretion, and a new trial is granted, with costs to abide the event.
