A jury in Tennessee convicted William Capers Jordan (“Capers”) and Gray Jordan (“Gray”) of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 1,000 kilograms or more of marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1), and conspiracy to commit money laundering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(h). Capers and Gray allege that the district court committed several errors at trial, that the district court improperly calculated Gray’s sentence, that the prosecutor committed prosecutorial misconduct, that Capers received ineffective assistance…
