Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Richard Carruthers, J., at Mapp I Huntley hearing; Thomas Galligan, J., at trial and sentence), rendered March 12, 1993, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him to a term of 3^2 to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.
