—Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Columbia County (Leaman, J.), rendered August 31, 1992, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

Defendant was originally sentenced upon his conviction of driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle to time served and five years’ probation. He was subsequently found to have violated the terms of his probation and was sentenced upon the revocation of his probation to 1 to 4 years’ imprisonment.
