The case made by the bill is this: That for the purpose of securing to Tarbox about the sum of one hundred dollars, Woodworth had deeded to him the premises in question, and taken back a bond for a reconveyance of the land, upon the payment of the money due at a specified time. That for the purpose of making this payment, he negotiated with Coates a loan for that sum, and to secure which, Tarbox should convey the land to Coates.
