This medical malpractice action was tried before a juiy April 29 to May 1, 2009, on the limited issue of post-operative care. The jury found for the defendant. Plaintiff timely filed a Motion to Set Aside the Verdict and Grant a New Trial. The Court heard argument on Plaintiffs motion on September 14, 2009. Plaintiff assigns the following errors and asks that the Court set aside the jury verdict as a result of each:(1) “The Court violated Va.
