MILLER, Presiding Judge.
Marjorie Janner was convicted of Conspiracy to Deal Cocaine, a class B felony, 1 and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Class D felony. 2 The trial judge sentenced her to ten- and two-year concurrent terms for the respective offenses. But, because this was her first offense, and because of other mitigating factors, 3 the judge suspended both sentences and placed her on supervised probation for five years, unsupervised probation for five years, and fined her $1200.
