In' this action of assumpsit on two promissory notes, the appellant Wiley, interposed the general issue, a personal ¡ilea denying the execution of the notes and a like plea denying their execution by the firm of O.-J. Wilson & Company.
The verdict and judgment were against him in the Circuit Court and lie prosecuted this appeal. The facts shown at the trial may be briefly stated.
