MEMORANDUM

AQUILINO, Senior Judge:

This action is the last of four commenced with regard to merchandise described in its complaint as mush rooms produced in the People’s Republic of China and of the species agaricus bisporus, marinated in water, sugar, vinegar, acetic acid, citric acid and several other ingredients.
