STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Petitioner-appellant, Gary Jackson (Jackson), appeals the decision of the Fayette Circuit Court denying his Petition for Post-Conviction Relief.
We affirm.
STATEMENT OF THE FACTS
On May 28, 1983, Jackson was charged by Information in Fayette Circuit Court with attempted murder and criminal deviate conduct. On November 28, 1983, Jackson entered a plea of guilty to attempted murder, pursuant to a written plea agreement.
