Richard DAgostino (Claimant) has appealed from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee’s decision to grant Charles Jacquin et Cie, Inc.’s (Employers) petition to terminate benefits paid to Claimant pursuant to the terms of The Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act (Act), Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, 77 PS. §§1-1603.
