Mr. Justice Kephart,
I disagree with the decision of the majority by which it is held that by the simple expedient of a deed of trust a husband may accomplish that which he cannot do by his will, and may deprive his wife of any right or claim| to his personal property after his death. During the early years of married life, she may have helped him to acquire this very property.
