Lawson v. Zoning Board of Review

This petition for a writ of certiorari was brought to review the action of the zoning board of review of the town of North Providence in granting an exception to permit the building of a combined funeral home and dwelling in a residential district under the zoning ordinance. Pursuant to the writ the pertinent records have been certified to this court.
