Petition to quiet title to certain real estate in Hook-sett formerly owned by Mrs. Louise Ackerson who, on April 30, 1967, conveyed all her right, title and interest therein to the plaintiff Luther Coleman. The defendants claim title by virtue of a tax collector’s deed to the town of Hooksett dated September 16, 1963, resulting from a sale of these premises to the town on August 28, 1961, for unpaid taxes for the year 1960.
