On March 18, 1993, Deborah S. Beverly, Kevin G. Morrow, and Valerie K. Addicks (collectively referred to as Plaintiffs) filed a complaint in the Mobile County Circuit Court against the Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County (Board), alleging breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, and violation of their constitutional right to due process.
