This is a Motion for Judgment brought against eight apparently interrelated Florida corporations and two individuals who are alleged to be controlling stockholders in some or all of the corporations. This multi-count Motion for Judgment charges feud, constructive feud, detinue, negligence, conversion, violations of § 18.2-200, breach of contract, and violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (Title 59.1-196, et seq. of the Code of Virginia).
