Before the court are the Government’s and Defendant’s respective first motions in limine. (See Gov’t’s First Mot. in Limine (“Gov’t’s Mem.”) (Dkt. 61); Def.’s First Mot. in Limine (“Def s Mem.”) (Dkt. 62).)
