On June 9, 1986, Lester B. Greenberg and his wife, Elisa A. Greenberg (Debtors) filed a Voluntary Petition for Relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. At the time of the commencement of this action, the Debtor, Lester B. Greenberg, a dentist by profession, practiced as the principal of a professional service corporation (P.A.), a corporate entity recognized under the laws of this State, Fla. Stat. 621.01, ét seq.
