RIVES, Circuit Judge.
Appellant was convicted on two counts of an indictment, charging him with violating Section 2113(a) 1 and Section 2113(c) 2 of Title 18 of the United States Code. He was sentenced to imprisonment for fifteen years for the violation of Section 2113(a) and ten years for the violation of Section 2113(c), to be served consecutively.
