STATEMENT OF FACTS

On June 14, 1979, the County Investigating Grand Jury of November 29, 1978, issued indictments against the above-named defendants charging each with three counts of murder, two counts of arson, one count of causing catastrophe and one count of conspiracy. Pursuant to the Investigating Grand Jury Act of November 22, 1978, P.L. 1148, 19 P.S. §265 et seq., this court scheduled a “probable cause hearing” on June 20,1979.1 Upon motion of defendants, the matter was continued until July *2916, 1979.
