“I panicked and don’t remember what I did or anything that happened”.

So often those of us who habituate the criminal courts have heard such statements or testimony from the accused in a criminal case. A variation on this theme, in the Grand Jury testimony of this defendant has raised legal issues concerning that proceeding.
