Before the coürt are three separate items for review including: 1) Defendants/Appellants’ appeal from a judgment entered by the Bankruptcy Court awarding the domain name Freecreditscore.com to Appellees; 2) Plaintiffs/Appellees’ cross-appeal of the denial of damages; and 3) Plaintiffs/Appellees’ Joint Suggestion of Mootness.
