In March 2008 the plaintiff commenced an action against Calleo Construction Corp. (hereinafter CCC), seeking to recover damages for breach of contract. On January 15, 2010, a judgment was entered in that action in favor of the plaintiff and against CCC in the principal sum of $496,134.87. After the plaintiff’s enforcement efforts proved unsuccessful, it commenced this action against CCC’s sole shareholder, Gino Calleo, Gino’s wife, Ruth Calleo, Gino’s brother, Fietro Calleo, and Gramercy Fark Mews Fartnership, LLC (hereinafter Gramercy), a limited liability company owned 50% by Gino and 50%…
