REILLY, Chief Judge:

This is a petition for review of an administrative determination in favor of the landlord in a claim brought by a tenant charging retaliatory and racially prejudiced eviction. The challenged order was remanded 1 by this court last year to the District of Columbia Commission on Human Rights with a direction that the agency make findings of fact consistent with D.C.Code 1973, § l-1509(e). 2 In this appeal, petitioner challenges the adequacy of the findings and the sufficiency of the supporting evidence.
