This action is brought pursuant to the provisions of section 1919 of the Codé of Civil Procedure, which authorize the maintenance of a suit against thei president or treasurer: 0f an unincorporated association, consisting of seven or more persons, upon any cause of action for which the associates are personally liable to the plaintiff.
