DECISION AND ORDER
MARRERO, District Judge.
Plaintiff Erlinda K. Ilusorio, a citizen and life-long resident of the Philippines, brings this action against Erlinda Ilusorio-Bildner (“Mrs.Bildner”), her daughter, and Albert Bildner (“Mr.Bildner”), her son-in-law, for misappropriation and libel. Defendants have moved for dismissal of all claims on the ground of forum non conve-niens, arguing that the more convenient place for this litigation is the Philippines.
