Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leahy, J.), rendered August 14, 1990, convicting him of criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, and reckless endangerment in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
