Timothy Ray King was charged in one indictment for the offenses of rape in the second degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, and sexual abuse in the second degree with respect to his 15-year-old stepdaughter. In a separate indictment, King was indicted for two counts of rape in the first degree and two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree with respect to his 10-year-old stepdaughter.
