This case is before us upon the petition of S. H. Kress & Company to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board directing the Company to recognize and bargain collectively with Tulsa General Drivers, Warehousemen and Helpers, Local Union 523, an affiliate of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America. The Board’s bargaining order was predicated upon the results of an election that the Board conducted among certain of the Company’s employees in May of 1968. There were approximately 28 eligible…
