BARBOUR, Chief Judge.

This cause is before the Court pursuant to Rule 72(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on the Objections of the Petitioners (“Objections”), to the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge. In that Report and Recommendation, the Magistrate Judge recommended that Plaintiffs’ claims against Defendants be dismissed with prejudice.
