This is an interlocutory appeal of the trial court's denial of appellant Dow Jones & Company, Inc.'s motion to dismiss appellee Highland Capital Management, L.P.'s subpoena under the Texas Citizens Participation Act (TCPA), an anti-SLAPP statute. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. §§ 27.001 -.011.
