On June 19, 1961, Continental Oil Company, hereafter called applicant, filed an application with the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma, hereafter called the Commission, for an order creating the Chickasha Noble-Olson Sand Unit and prescribing a plan of unitization applicable thereto.
